    Does an investment property have to apply to the RESPA rules, meaning that do you have to do an early TIL and GFE on an investment property.

  2. Andra, All properties with bank financing must adhere to new RESPA rules (primary home, 2nd home, investment properties) with all disclosures (TIL & GFE included). Only exception is a cash contract.
