Happy Birthday Stephen, Happy Birthday to you!!! That would be Stephen Cain of 120th Street Coldwell Banker.

We celebrated the 50^th birthday of one of my co-workers at Coldwell Banker. He is a great guy, a husband to Suzannah and a Dad.

Many showed up for this celebration. We gathered at a local watering hole (Mickey Finns), which for those who remember, was home to Real Estate Beach Camp, this gorgeous evening.

I wanted to share some pics from the evening. Pictured with me is Dean Cottrill, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The fall season is sooo beautiful at the beach. Tonight was exceptional.

On July 1^st, 2008 my very first blog site was born.  However, being me, I am always looking for new and exciting ways to make things better.  Soooo…I decided to do a “Blog Makeover”, and here it is!

I am launching it today in honor of the 1 year anniversary of my original blog. You know everybody needs to get freshened up now and then!

As always, my blog will continue to be chock full of great information having anything and everything about Ocean City, Maryland…… Fun happenings at the beach, special events, concerts, news, great restaurant scoops, sporting events and much more.
