Hi Jim, It is an efficiency condo on the ocean front at High Point North. There is not a separate sleeping area.

Many factors to weigh. Two largest probably. Coastal Delaware initial purchase is higher then Coastal Maryland. Depending on the area, possibly as much as 1/3 more in Delaware. Predominantly due to lower density in Delaware. Delaware’s real estate taxes are lower. You have to determine if spending more money going in is worth the lower taxes.
