Monica2Happy Birthday Stephen, Happy Birthday to you!!! That would be Stephen Cain of 120th Street Coldwell Banker.

We celebrated the 50th birthday of one of my co-workers at Coldwell Banker. He is a great guy, a husband to Suzannah and a Dad.

Many showed up for this celebration. We gathered at a local watering hole (Mickey Finns), which for those who remember, was home to Real Estate Beach Camp, this gorgeous evening.

I wanted to share some pics from the evening. Pictured with me is Dean Cottrill, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The fall season is sooo beautiful at the beach. Tonight was exceptional.IMG00180
